Natalia Macyra

Natalia Macyra is the Head of Communications at ECIPE, where she leads the organisation’s external communications strategy and drives high-impact policy project outreach to enhance visibility, stakeholder engagement, and consistent messaging across all public channels. She develops cohesive internal communications frameworks that improve transparency, strengthen organisational culture, and support staff engagement during periods of growth and change, while ensuring communications strategy aligns with overall organisational objectives.

With a strong background in communications and digital transformation, Natalia plays a significant role in shaping organisational strategy, identifying opportunities where AI and emerging technologies can enhance operations, knowledge sharing, and decision-making. She guides the integration of AI-supported approaches into both communications and operational workflows, ensuring innovation supports long-term organisational goals.

A certified project manager (PRINCE2 Practitioner), Natalia supports senior leadership in operations, budgets, and HR processes, provides structured guidance to research teams, and assist with the successful implementation of complex projects. She delivers insights that inform strategic planning and improve overall organisational effectiveness.

Natalia holds a Master’s degree in International Relations with a specialisation in International Trade Policy from the University of Warsaw, and has also studied at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago and the University of Copenhagen. She speaks Polish, English and French, and has a good understanding of Dutch.
